The Intermediate School District 287 Board of Education is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as its next Superintendent beginning July 1, 2022.   The district is focused on providing innovative solutions and outstanding service for its eleven member districts which are located in the West Metro area of the Twin Cities.  Candidates need to hold or be eligible for licensure as a superintendent in Minnesota.  The Board desires candidates who have significant experience as a superintendent or as a district-level administrator.  Experience leading or working with special education programs as well as transition and special services for unique learners is also preferred.  The district has four schools as well as numerous education partners.
