Sample Policies and Guidance from School Districts and States about What to do if ICE Visits Your School.
This landing page will be added to regularly as we identify more districts and state guidance to include. If you would like to share your district policies, guidance documents and other resources for review to be added to our site, please do so at [email protected].
This collection of policies, guidance, and protocols is being used by various school districts and states regarding what to do if ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) comes to your school.
We hope these examples provide at least a starting point as we strive to practice M.I.A.T.A. – Make It About Them Always – for our students.
