JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Human Resources partners with the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources to provide leadership and support in all aspects of human resources and provides counsel to district administration and employees on a variety of personnel matters. The Director of Human Resources oversees the systems that recruit, retain, develop and support district staff.
