e2L is a dynamic, fast-paced educational services company known for its culture of collaboration and innovation. We are looking to expand our outstanding coaching team with people who share our mission and are willing to put in the hard work it takes to reach it. We have experienced rapid growth and now serve clients across Texas and nationally, having served over 250 school districts over the last ten years including 50+ districts in 2021-22 This growth has created an immediate need for outstanding professionals to join our team as e2L Certified Executive Coaches.
Summary
e2L Coaches serve with humility, innovate strategically, and want to grow professionally. We are open to current and former Principals and District Administrators, who are strong in best practices and systems thinking with a variety of educational backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be a culture fit with our team, have led a campus, district, or other Executive educational team; and have the ability to conduct virtual sessions and travel nationally, including overnight.
e2L contracts service days with school districts and assigns them to our coaches, thus fulfilling e2L coach contracted days. Coaches have a choice in the number of desired work days. Salary is based on anticipated coaching days. Our coaches typically work a range of 75-140 days per academic year on site and virtually. e2L Coaches are assigned to clients for a variety of reasons including: specialties/certifications, experience, geographic location, needs of the district, etc.
Requirements
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 years as a Principal, District Administrator, or campus leader in a culturally diverse district
3 years experience coaching or managing teachers
Experience within the fields of K-12 Education and/or Ed Tech products and services preferred
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of specific timelines
Strong systems thinking skills
High level of proficiency in technology tools and apps that increase productivity and efficiency
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Tolerance for some ambiguity

Typical Day On-Site or Virtual:
The majority of contracted days involve coaching of campus administrators, instructional coaches, or teachers. A typical coaching day would include meeting individually with coaches throughout the day. Other coaching day responsibilities may include:
Meeting with administration
Integrating collaborating with instructional coaches, technology coaches, librarians, etc.
Creating campus or district specific resources
Providing feedback to coachees
Modeling or co-facilitation with a coachee
Sending asynchronous learning options to coachees who could not attend
During a Coaching Session:
We follow the eGROWE coaching model and utilize the eSuite eSuite Coaching Log. Onboarding will include training in the use of these resources.

In addition to on-site and/or virtual coaching, we meet three times a year for planning and professional development, which may be either virtual or in person.
When coaches are not facilitating a contracted day, there are a few follow-up items that coaches work on from home during a time that is convenient for the coach.
Creating resources for coachees/districts
Collaborating with e2L coaches and team leads on Google Meets
Scheduling travel and managing expenses with the e2L credit card
Scheduling and corresponding virtually with coachees
Preparing for upcoming coaching sessions
Drug screening/background check required.
