East Maine School District 63 is seeking an outstanding middle school assistant principal to join its collaborative, cohesive administrative team. Our primary interest is in educators who have demonstrated effective instructional leadership and have strong potential for continued development. Located in Niles, Illinois, Gemini serves approximately 1,100 students in grades 6-8. One of District 63's seven schools, it is ten miles west of Lake Michigan and seven miles north of O'Hare Airport. The school is in close proximity to the Villages of Glenview and Morton Grove - and the Cities of Des Plaines and Park Ridge.
The base salary range for the position will be $91,457-$102,476 and it comes with a competitive benefits package including Board-paid teacher retirement, family health-dental-vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a generous amount of paid time off during the 260-day work year.
