Chief Equity and School Performance Officer

The Chief Equity & School Performance Officer, under minimal supervision, performs senior level work with extensive decision-making discretion overseeing the district Learning Communities (LC), Learning Community Superintendents, and the day-to-day operation of individual schools. This position directs the planning, development, management, and implementation of all aspects of learning community support for the district. Employee serves as the Chief Equity Officer with a focus on raising student achievement, closing achievement and attainment gaps, and supporting equitable opportunities for all students.  The employee is a member of the Superintendent's Executive Cabinet. Employee performs highly advanced and supervisory work to carry out Board of Education policies and procedures related to a wide variety of programs and activities under the direction of the Superintendent
