Job Description:
∙ Salary: $81,605 – 161, 059, commensurate with experience

Leads the development and implementation of research-based selection protocols and standardization of selection processes across the Division that will result in increased efficiency, reduction in bias, hiring of highly qualified staff and a more inclusive culture
Develops and provides ongoing professional development to hiring managers and employees across the Division regarding selection processes and protocols
Develops and maintains a competency-based interview question bank
