JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) will provide day to day implementation leadership, monitoring and evaluation of Division-wide DEI programs, policies, and initiatives. This includes supporting site-based administrators, central office staff, as well as students and community partners. The Director, DEI will serve as a key leader within the Office of the Chief Equity Officer. This leader will assist with monitoring site-based access and opportunity initiatives, resource equity practices, DEI communication and engagement, as well as intercultural competence and inclusion efforts. This position will also support with the alignment of PWCS DEI work with Federal/state law, Division policies and regulations, as well as the strategic plan.
SALARY:
Grade 19: $99,641 - $190,927 per year (competitive benefits)
