The School District of Upper Moreland Township (UMTSD) located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, seeks a remarkable educational leader to be its next Superintendent of Schools.
The UMTSD Board of School Directors is seeking a well-qualified, dynamic, and innovative leader with proven experience as an accomplished academic and effective manager of a central administration team. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and leadership skills guided by a commitment to equality and inclusion in a diverse community. The next superintendent must demonstrate proactive decision-making and consensus-building skills and the ability to lead and direct multiple and complex projects and teams throughout the District.

The School District of Upper Moreland Township is a suburban public school district in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It covers approximately eight square miles and serves students in Willow Grove, Huntingdon Valley, and parts of Hatboro. The school district is comprised of three schools: one high school, one middle school, and one elementary school. The student population for the entire district is approximately 3,3000 students.
