Right in the heart of this paradise you will find the cities of Salem and Keizer and the Salem-Keizer Public Schools. For the first time in nine years, we seek to hire a new Superintendent of Schools, and we see this as a rare opportunity to move forward a district that has gained national stature through a dedicated commitment and resolve of some of the best educators on the planet. Our new Superintendent will be an experienced, dynamic, equity-minded leader who is student-centered and excited to serve one of the largest school systems in Oregon, as well as to play a critical role impacting education at the state level.
